Roadmode – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Roadmode. By availing our services or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. General Service Terms
1.1 Roadmode will perform services as per the package or plan purchased by the customer.
1.2 Service timelines may vary depending on part availability, technical requirements, and workload.
1.3 Customers must provide accurate details of their vehicle and service requirements when booking.
2. Responsibility for Part Availability
2.1 The company is not responsible for the immediate availability of specific parts during servicing, except for general servicing items.
2.2 If parts are unavailable, the customer may choose to:

Wait until the part is available, or
-
Source the part independently (at their own cost).
3. Extra Labor Charges
3.1 Any service or repair beyond the scope of regular/general servicing will incur additional labor charges.
3.2 These charges will be communicated before the work is carried out.
4. Service Charges & Payments
4.1 Service charges are fixed by Roadmode and must be paid as per the invoice.
4.2 Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or other accepted methods.
4.3 Any pending dues must be cleared before vehicle delivery.
5. Warranty / Guarantee
5.1 Warranty or guarantee on parts is solely provided by the company and subject to manufacturer terms.
5.2 Warranty claims must be processed through Roadmode only.
5.3 Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Maintenance Packages
6.1 Once a maintenance package is purchased, it cannot be canceled by the customer.
6.2 If the company cancels a package for valid operational reasons, a refund (full or partial) may be issued at the company’s discretion.
6.3 In case of cancellation, the cost of parts and materials used in prior services will be deducted at current market prices.
7. Pick-Up & Drop Services
7.1 Pick-up & drop services are available only in select plans/packages.
7.2 Customers must ensure the vehicle is ready for pick-up at the agreed time.
7.3 Roadmode is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Customers must verify purchased parts, oil, or accessories at the time of purchase.
8.2 Any service complaints must be reported immediately upon vehicle delivery.
8.3 Any personal belongings left inside the vehicle are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Unauthorized Transactions
9.1 Any financial transactions made directly with technicians, without approval from the owner or manager, are at the customer’s own risk.
9.2 The company will not be liable for services, parts, or payments made outside official channels.
10. Service Limitations
10.1 Roadmode is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions.
10.2 We do not guarantee complete resolution of issues if the vehicle is in a critical mechanical state.
10.3 Delays caused by suppliers, transport strikes, or natural calamities are beyond our control.
11. Legal & Dispute Resolution
11.1 All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Roadmode operates.
11.2 The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
